Founders Day 2009

The WPS of the Lehigh Valley celebrated Founders Day on Sunday March 15th at the Glasbern Inn in Fogelsville Pennsylvania.  The BTO, COL Mark McKearn, was the guest speaker and did a phenomenal job.  The oldest grad was John Brinson, '58.  The youngest grad was Adam Lipton, 2003.

In lieu of the oldest and youngest grad speaking, three cadets spoke for 45 minutes.  They each had PowerPoint presentations and delivered crowd pleasing remarks.  CDT Kyle Ammon, '09, spoke about "How cadets choose branch and post"  and the "Cadet summer training schedule".  CDT Evan Mair, '09, spoke about ADSO and AIAD.  CDT Laura Dinkelacker, '10, spoke about her "Exchange semester at Navy".

In addition to three cadets attending, three cadet candidates and their families also attended. They were Eric Wagner, Jeff Baldree and Jeff Evanko.
