Cadet input forms are used to
collect information for the Cadets of West Point web site.
Only cadets currently attending West Point are allowed to submit these forms.
Entries will be checked against the "West Point Rollcall" and a
confirmation message will be sent to the cadet when his/her data has
been posted.
